Ok, so when I got my new hard drive I didn't want to take the chance of getting banned, so all I did was just switch between the 2 drives. But the thing is, I did this multiple times without getting banned. The next day I try to sign into Xbox Live and it says I'm banned. I'm pretty sure that none of my brothers got on so what could have happened?

I need to know so I don't make the same mistake twice

could have accidently logged in with the wrong drive, or with the modchip on

If you don't have a LBB it's easy to get banned.
All it takes is a Live Aware game, an account in your HD and Auto Log in set to ON.

Alright guys, thanks for the help. And when you get banned do they flag all the XBL account on the box, or just the most recently used?

well i wasnt gonna get my ass banned, lol, i was gonna block Live on my router then see where the troubleshooter fails
