i got baned today too   ,  well i was banned a long time ago and just yesterday i got a friends eeprom and changed mine to his and it worked ,  i was able to sign on to live  i was all happy till today when i went to check it out today it said i was banned, the only game  i played yesterday was tetris worlds online.  do yous think i should get another eeprom  or should i just give up

as long as the stock hdd from another xbox hasnt been on live....then u gonna need the eeprom thats was used with that drive
