Went home last night after 5:00 EDT, immediately turned on Halo 2......... and played for 3 hours. No ban. Works like a charm.

you can keep the gamertag only if you replace the eerpom and put in a stock HD

BTW, got update, played a bit, today i got the maps, playd some more, been playing since august 04 with 250gb HD

on a side note i did get the trouble onnecting to Live error when i tried to get the maps, scared the shit out of me, turns out my router decided it didnt want to give the xbox the DNS servers (i did that when i first signed up for Live too)

i didn;t read the entire thread so someone prolly said this allready but to clarify: people are being banned for using HACKED PROFILES on xbox live that allow for no reload, and other things like that. Gamesaves and hacked gamemodes appear to be allright. Atleast thats my experience
