Another "will I Get Banned If...?"

I've had a modchip since before Halo 2, and have been playing Halo 2 but for some reason havent been banned.  

I haven't touched my hard-drive since I got Halo 2.  Now, I'd like to start using my modchip/HD again.

Will I get banned if I add/remove files from my HD now?

You should be fine as long as you turn your modchip OFF, and don't divorce your eeprom and actual hard drive.

Make sure "Auto Sign IN" is OFF.
