Your Xbox won't appear in connected devices as this uses the NetBIOS name of a PC. The Xbox doesn't use NetBIOS.

If you're using PPPoE you will need to put settings for that into the dash and set the MTU to no more than 1492.

the problem is the 00c2 in your y code....multiple ppl are having the same problem including myself...it has something to witht he eeprom not matching the hardware settings....anyway it definately the eeprom...if anyone can shed some more light on this it would be great

u maybe be better off just getting a new eerom...cuz the problem isnt far spread enuff for ppl to care...good luck

Try changing settings like timezone in the dashboard then change them back.

Im having a similar problem........except it gives me the connected sign then when i go to get online it says could not connect to xbox live. troubleshoot....then when  i go to troubleshoot.........it says connected then same thing all over......i spoke with customer service and they say they no nuthin
someone please shed some light on this issue
