You're incorrect.

There's a metoo m8 plus for V1.6 that implements live blocking.

Goto Xbins.

here's the location on the FTP:

XBOX\Exploits\Bios Patchers and Loaders\pblmetoo\metoo-m8plus-v1.4.1.zip

There's 2 bin files in the zip, one with the eject fix, one without.  Both have X2 style live blocking, and the bios works with V1.6

Yep, someone pointed that out in another forum.
This seems to be a little known fact, but it seems a biggie.
I'm confident the router fix would also work.

I also thought that the IND Bios worked with the 1.6 boxes.

One easier solution if  IND does not support 1.6's, would be to unplugg the cat-5 cable from the back of your box. that way you don't have to go all the way to your pc to do it.

NKpatcher10 doesn't block XBL???  Did I miss something....?

Whoops, figured u guys were talking about softmodding... forgot people still used modchips.  If u are still on a chip, check out softmodding scene, I highly recommend it.
