What Should I Do?

OK, I guess what I mean is if I use slayers 2.6 to reformat my drive and get everything set up on the G drive will it mess up my live! supscription, also I backed up everything but I'm kind of wondering where the save files are and where do I put them once slayer 2.6 is done?
