Softmod Going On Live

I have a softmod with 160G HD, all my games are on F partition. I copied the modded C drive onto F drive, so I can restore it. Now, if I restore C drive to stock, will I be able to go on live? If so it'll be real easy to make a script in the game exploit to copy over the image from F:
