New Hd With Eeprom?

i was recently banned from live, unfortunatly about 2 days after i installed my x3, little brother, long story.

anyway i have got a new eeprom and I was wondering if i need a new Hd also due to the whole marrage theory. any help would be appreciated.

also can i flash the new eeprom over with flash fxp?
