I was stupid.

I accessed xbox live, booted off of a game (halo 2), and when it restarts and tries to create an account (i don't currently have an account), it access the ToS, and then after that it says "your not currently connected to the internet" or something to that affect.

1. do not have an account
2. modchip and modded bios was on

Will I be banned when I create an account on XBL?
