athen checked the thread about them but it does not mention anything about the packets or l codes

I have L:0ms (0) and P: 0 as well, Anyone got any clues

I had the same problem...try the eeprom change procedure again...make sure your HD and eeprom information has changed...that solved my prob..Initially i could get out to the net from my xbox to get streaming ticker from the normal url's...just could not get my xbox to connect to live network...redid my whole network thinking i screwed something up...did the eeprom update process unlocked and relocked...works perfectly now...been bac on live for about 4 dayz now...np
