i think you will be alright since the original bios was loaded first, i never tried loading the M$ bios then turning chip on and insert a backup, try doing that with your ether cable unplugged if the back up dont load then you should be fine, i think the chip is on so you can load the hacked bios if you started with it off then turned it on i dont think it will make a difference but i never tried this but unless they scan the LPC i would think your OK
