That just means the nuker doesn't believe that bypass exists, which means nothing. The guy literally says i the NFO that he ran this off of his hard drive.

there is no bypass. Unless you are physically at MS servers there is no bypass.

Although playing HDD .xbe based backups on XBL will now get you banned, Arcade is unique... M$ have released it with CD based .xbe's and disc backups of it boot on unmodded boxes eh!

@idc: true, although a method was discovered earlier this year that allowed backups (of some games) to be played on Live.  However, since mid-October, M$ have been terminating the accounts of GT's that use it (from what I've read) eh...
