Configmagic Final Help

Is ConfigMagic Final still the program people are using to take the EEPROM from the unbanned and (virgin to XBL) xbox and then to put the new EEPROM on your xbox?( flash you xbox with new EEPROM) Also what is the lastest version of this program and were can i find a tutorial on how to use it...
