Configmagic 1.6

When i put it onto my xbox do i just include my new Eeprom or to i transfer the 2 stupid .bin files along with the good new Eeprom.  

And Also Can i change the region on the fly using Configmagic.  I have a NTSC Reg 1 and the eeprom is a PAL Reg 1.
