I do not think i am banned but here is the story...

I have got my 2 month subscription from Halo 2 and am trying to connect to live from the m$ dashboard to register a new account.

It says i cannot connect "due to technical difficulties"  Then it tells me to try again later.  When I hit yes to go to troubleshooting it says I am connected and communicating with live servers.  I have an m8 bios on a 2.3b lite and a locked hd.  

I turn my chip to disabled but it still boots up to evox.  Could that be a problem?
Also when I switched from the x2.4983 to the m8 bios it went from check your cables to this.
Is there a live block on the m8 bios?

HELP PLEASE I WANT TO PLAY MY $50 HALO 2
