Is This Bad To Do Before I Go On Live?

Hi i have not been on live yet , but have it ready to, but i do have evox and ms dash on the same c partition, will i get banned for this? What is the best method you think not to get banned with Evox? What partion should i put the games and everything on? Thank you.
