2 things I would like to know...

1.  Did you use the same email address to register your new GamerTag?

2.  Did you use the same Credit Card?

@ thesandman87 - i dont think you have to worry about the files on your hd. at least, i am not worrying about it and i have been playing all week now. i use the x2 4983 bios so i am also running my dash files from the c: drive. i did clean up the apps and emus on e: that i wasnt using anyways, but i doubt i needed to.

Well.... to make your EvoX dash run from a different drive, there should be an optionon the setup disk to format a hard drive to use the files hidden on e:\

If you don't wanna go through THAT trouble, then you can find a bios config tool, like XBtool to change your bios to first read e:\default.xbe OR e:\evoxdash.xbe just make sure your dash is named one of those two, or change the name in the bios file to match the location and filename of your .xbe

Then you have to flash the chip with the bios, and you're all set.

QUOTE (damadman @ Nov 19 2004, 03:51 AM)
same email same card#

now that i think about it i should of used a different one ???   well we'll see what happens

The reason I asked, is to find out if MS is flagging more than just your GamerTag.  The may have flagged your email address, or the credit card number.  So far, I don't believe there is any evidence to support this, but I just wanted to find out.
