Will I Get Banned If...

Can anybody help?  If the marriage theory is true, doesn't this mean I won't get banned since I will do account recovery on a completely different modded xbox??

1) if you get a fresh system and mod that, it should not get banned, as long as you don't make some other mistake

2) even if you did get your new modded system banned, your fresh stock unbanned system would still be unbanned and would remain that way as long as it was stock.
