Can I Get Banned?

I got a 120gb hd like 1 year ago. I put it in the xbox, then I bought a eeprom around the same time. I got a v1.1, Xenium. I did the halo 2 update. I've been on xbox live for around 3 hours. I have been logging in and out constantly, and I havent been banned. Is it safe to say that I wont be banned?
