hi all im new to the xbox modding scene and have just bought halo 2 i have an idea on how not to get banned from XB Live

i still have my original xbox hdd and my 120 gig (with an external HDD mod)

i have nevver signed up for xb live before on any of my hard drives

so i

1. put old stock hard drive in x box (with chip turned off)
2. sign up for xbox live get all the updates
3. play Halo 2 with stock 8 gig hdd on live (with chip turned off)

when i want to play single player games and games stored on my 120 gig

1. swap hdd to 120 gig
2. turn chip on
3. unplug network cable to PC
4. turn on XB

also how do i tell if i have a new EEPROM

i have a Xecuter 2 chip my xbox BIOS : X2 4976.05.256
