I just want to know if i can recover my GT in an unmod xbox, lets say a retail xbox, will they banned me?

If you're asking can you still use the GT on an unmodded, unbanned XBox then the answer is yes. Your GT doesn't get deactivated, it's just the XBox that gets banned.
