I have two boxes, one modded and one unmodded.  I want to play Halo 2 online, I was thinking of just using my unmodded box, but it seems that if I do, I will more likely get banned later if i mod this one too.  

So, basically i'm asking if I should use my unmodded box for live if i'm planning on modding it later.  Or should I just try out my modded box by turning of the chip and seeing if i get banned?

modded box specs:
v 1.1
Executer modchip, not sure which one, but the first one with the switches
80GB WD HD
lots of crap saved
used slayer to get evox + everything else
never signed on live
Saved Halo 2 to hard drive
