That is what I'm unsure of, sorry to say.

I've followed these threads closely since Nov 9th (I was banned too), and I've seen people who have stock hard drives get banned just the same. So in your case, you might be  at risk of getting banned too.

I wish we could have a clear answer, but there isn't one right now. I would wait it out for a while for a hopeful solution.
