Slow Campus Internet Connection.

Heres the problem.. my school limits packets on every port minus port 80. Iv contacted them about opening the xbox live ports since there would not many students using it maybe they could amke an exception but no.. port 80 and port 80 only are at maximum capacity.

Now is it possible I could tunnel xbox lives data through Port 80 using my pc?
