How To Go Completely Back To Retail On A Soft Mod

I have a box that i soft modded with a 007 hack. It has iTools and Slayers Evox on it. If I go into iTools and hit "C Restore" to restore my hdd from my backup will I then be ok to set up and use xbox live??

Any suggestion welcome, I really dont want to get banned. I guess i could go into the file browser and delete folders, but im not sure which ones i need.
