I've got two donor xboxs to replace a banned eeprom.  I looked for a quick set of instructions on the correct procedure to replacing an eeprom but became very confused very quickly.  Pending the success of one unbanned eeprom, I will most likely be giving the other away.  Links to a tutorial would be welcome here.
