I've been using the Splinter Cell Softmod from this site http://www.xboxworld...?t=28489&page=1 which adds the ability to output PAL games into NTSC so that UK and Australian users can get Progressive Scan, this doesn't mod the Box as such because it won't play NTSC games on a PAL machine, only output the different video signals.

What I want to know is if this changes the EEPROM as I can't find out if it does or not - if it doesn't I'm sure I won't get banned on Live! but i'd like to know now.
