How To Restore A Xbox To Make It Like New

Ok, my gaming XBOX got banned today. Seems like the HALO2 thing finally got me. Original Hard drive etc. Obviously, LIVE is scanning the Hard drive because the hard drive size was default. I had EVOX installed on E:.

So here is my situation. I have a second XBOX that used to have a mod chip in it and the hard drive is stock, but it has all the usual stuff EVOX, XBMC, Etc. I want to make it my LIVE only box (i.e. no mod chip). Now how can restore everything to defaults on that? I can't put a modchip in it. Should I take the HD out and put it on my other modded xbox, do some magic, and return it to the older non modded hard drive? If so, what is the best tool, technique. I want to restore the HARD DRIVE back to stock. I don't care about game saves or anything else on that box. Please help.
