To eliminate the numerous threads on recent bans, I'd like to create this poll to get a handle on the situation. I believe MS is now banning because of upgraded hard drives. There are many new posts where people are not giving their XBox's info. If you have been banned please reply with your information like this:

One of my XBoxes was banned, so I'll post the following:

Mod method: chip (X2.3)
BIOS: latest X2
HDD: upgraded (160gb)
Last successful Live login: 11/5/04
Comments: This box had been banned previously. I switched the HDD and EEPROM and was able to get back on XBL for a day. Then I was banned again.
