I also have an Xecuter 2.3 Lite and I cannot seem to get on Live. My account was suspended for non-payment after the 2 month trial. I called XBOX Live and they told me that I had to just simply create a new gamertag. When I boot up my MS Dash I don't get the Account Management option, I only get NEW ACCOUNT and ACCOUNT RECOVERY. Any suggestions?

wildgator, I had the same problem when using the MS Dash from x-disk, but when I reinstalled it from slayers 2.6 everything worked good. Try slayers and see if that corrects the problem, my guess is that it will.

Thanks crzdmniac, that helped me get back into the account management tabs, however it says that Xbox Live needs updating, and when I click ok, it restarts and then says experiencing technical difficulties, try again later. Is this a common thing now? Or am I doing something wrong?

Ok gator. I had this exact same problem with my modded box. If you connect your xbox to your pc using an ftp program you should find two files in one of your drives (C:/ i think, can't be sure cause i just sold my box) xonlinedash.xbe or something like that. Back one of these files up on your pc then delete it from your xbox. When you run an xbox live game or the starter disk it should update successfully. Make sure your mod chip is off when updating.

Deleting one of these files then running the starter disk should work. Can't remember which file though!

Make sure your IP Address things in the XBL tabs are set to automatic. Most dashboards set it to manual so you can have a static IP

That's how I figured out I needed to reinstall my MS Dash, lol.... I'm getting ready for halo 2, as of right now I don't even use xbox live, but when I tried to get into it I too had the error 21. After slayers 2.6 I have no problems now. Keep us posted.

Yeah I just plugged in my stock xbox and it connected fine. My modded one wont though.
