| 3. Most importantly, before you load up any game, back up or not, with your mod chip on, UNPLUG YOUR NETWORK CABLE |
Didn't unplug the network cable, but did ban the ports on my router. I had tested this before & it does block live from connecting out.
As i said, got banned. Got new eeprom & was back on last night. Banned again today.
As was mentioned in one of the other thread, m$ themselves have said they are tracking ppl who have been banned before.
Some ppl have said HD, but other ppl have mentioned that they have replaced the stock HD & still got banned, so don't think it's that.
I had formatted my xbox, put xbox dash & evox back on & only 2 games. Both i have on original & had tried both of them last night on live & they were fine. There are no old saved games transferred back onto xbox either, i made brand new save games & didn't use my gamertag as the name for the save games.
To finish, i think that ppl who have to " hack " their save game / game to get better weapons / faster cars ect.... on live are loosers. If u can't compete against other ppl around the world, without cheating, then u should just stay off live alltogether. These ppl are ruining live for everyone else !
