Halo 2 Headset

The hell with a halo 2 specific head set.  What would be nice is a special halo controller; like the FPS 3rd party controller that is already out, but one that is made my MS, and doesn't suck (bad analog sticks).

Hey,

I've heard that you can use some cell phone handsfree stuff for xbox live.  I've been told to try the Nokia stuff...but I am curious about something else.  Can you get a plantronics MX150 and use it on Live?  It's pretty much the same as the Halo 2 headset.

Actually...

You want to try anything BUT the Nokia stuff. Alot of Nokia's use a different jack, and they would not work in the standard headset jack that Live and most other phones use.

They are pretty good quality. I have the Halo 2 headset, as well as another cellphone headset from Plantronics, and they both work extremely well on Live. Unless you really want specifically the Halo 2 headset,  then I would go with another headset from Plantronics. You can get headsets from them that are of equal quality as the Halo 2 one, but for a lesser price.

hey can someone give me feedback on how the sound is on the MX150? because I actually bought from best buy a $26 M220C that looked alot like their Halo 2 model but it had some static in the background when I was on live and some of my friends complained about it. Therefore, I want to get some feedback on MX150.

thanks
