I heard its based on points you get from a race, which is BS if thats the way it is. It really sux cause I can beat someone in a race with a rank like 100 and my rank goes down like 10 points if I race perfect without getting takedowns or crashing. or I can do road rage against a couple of NooBs without a rank and take their sorry butts down easily and it seems like my rank goes down like 75-100.

this doesnt seem fair, but id like an official answer if somebody knows.
