Can Anyone Help Me To Connect

IP Adress: 130.228.186.185
Subnet Mask: 255.255.192.0
Default Gateway: 130.228.128.1

No other settings are set. I checked those settings from cmd and ipconfig command.
I dunno how to setup my second card, and the Xbox. Anyway: The cards work just fine, cause I have normal FTP acces to my Xbox. But in this case my computer works in two networks, and does not share Inet connection :/. Please help, I'm desperated sad.gif.

clarify

Broadband - Modem/Router - 3 Ethernet cables 1 going to each PC (Yours and 2 friends) - Lan Card1.  Is this your conection to the net?
