Yes.

You can use the 007-Evox exploit to do this.

It will drop the Xbox into Evo-X and you can FTP into it.

It also has the "BACKUP" option, which will write his EEPROM to the hard drive.

You can FTP it to your PC, then FTP it back to your own Xbox.

Then UNLOCK your hard drive, and use Configmagic to flash the EEPROM.

All your game saves will no longer work however.

Many, but not all, game saves are "keyed" to the Xbox's unique ID number.

This is done to prevent you both hacking the game or cheating on XBLive.

When you change the eeprom, the game ID's no longer correspond, hence the save doesn't work.

This is WELL DOCUMENTED.

but in defense of those that try to search, nice google    ... if the search would actually work, everyone's job would be easier.

Ah, that's the beauty of that little program!

It attempts to remove or adjust the game during archiving to eliminate they "keying".

It's not always sucessful (see their forums) but many times it works!
