Get Friend List?

i was using a 2 month free trial, i got some friends, so now it expired and i'm wondering if i can ftp into my xbox and get all my friends list form there? or do they store friends list in m$'s servers? help?

The friends list is stored remotely, like on MS's servers. It is not on the HD.
