ok, im really connfused about this mod.hdd swap,back up games ban stuff. all i wanna know is if my mod chip is off (xbit) and my 120 gig hdd is locked, can i play LIVE still with my retail games and not get banned from M$? i have read soooooo many diffrent issues on this, i know this might be annoying, but thats the true question im sure everyone has been tring to say! lol. any down to the point answers would be excelent!!!! tia!

That's correct wink.gif  All of this talk about being banned for having a larger HDD is nonsense. As long as the mod is off you will be fine.
