i looked at the apples x pro chip site and it doesnt seems to have a true 'stealth' mode, are you sure your modchip was off?  or you  sure auto sign in to xblive was off?  are you sure you werent playing an xblive enabled game even not online, m7 bios does not disable xblive like latest x2 do.

i guess i won't start worrying about banning until i hear about people with stock hard drives and x2 4981 bios on their modchips.  i have a stock seagate drive(10gb) re-formatted with an f drive and everything non-ms on the f drive.  if that doesn't keep me from getting banned, then screw live.

man  i havnt been banned yet  and  i play at last once a day on live,and  not for notting i have my  dash bord(unleash x) on my c drive. the only things as of now that can get u banned is


1:trying to log in with ya mod chip on.

2:having weird saves( ie cheats,different region saves games(even thou  thats not confirmed but i had it happen to alot of my friends)

Think you might have had some funky saves on there like emulators or something like that. Do you think you might have an idea what caused the ban. Also from this thread your the only one to say they have been banned. Just Curious for info.
