i just updated today and didn't get banned (x2 + 120 maxtor) i think M$ is just waitin for all us to upgrade and not ban us. once we think everything is fine, BAM they'll get us. Cause i dont think n e one has been banned yet. Or mayb they realize they will b losing bout 1/4 of their xbl customers so they r givin up (unlikly, but i wish)

well i upgraded yesterday, 120 gig maxtor, x2.2 lite +, haven't been baned yet...i think they should stay neutral with us, we pay them money for live to keep them in business, they let us stay on live as long as we don't use hacks/cheats on live

seriously... they're happy we buy their games, especially since groups like xecuter could, but won't, release a bios/modchip that would let you play backups on live.

ok i finally got the update an it seems like nothing at all has changed except for the fact that the up/down speeds were takin off an now u see a ping (not sure if that was there b4)

Ok This is what i did , went LIVE , it did the update , went to LIVE tab , selected my Gamertag , it gives me the cannot connect and ask me if i want to troubleshoot the connection , i choose yes , everything is green , i go back and same thing cant connect , i everything is green , but if i press the Y it gives me the ussual screen when it used to display the speed (now they removed it) , i hit ok , and i get this.

huh.gif has M$ started banning HD? and no i havent gotten the Modified Error.

blink.gif  But on my unmodified one everything is cool.

I'm getting that screen as well with the same codes. Anyone figure out what it is yet?

Hey,
Right so i get back of a 3 week vacation (live 3 comes out while im away) switch on my xbox on the live dash, n it asks for a update and that my system will be restarted to get the update, so it restarts and i get this wierd dirty disk error when i have no disk in the drive, and i cannot update to live 3?

Any help would be greatly apreciated!

oh and my xbox is PAL modded with X2.3B Lite and a 120GB Hard drive.
