yeah , some games are kind of laggy , but one of the games that has no lag at all are Mechassault , Rainbow Six 3 , MotoGP and some others that i cant remember right now.

If in Mechassault somebody is skipping on the map ,it means that they have a 3rd party controller, they are downloading while on LIVE or they are trying to cheat.

I have experienced lag on Rainbow Six, every game can have lag.  It depends on how far away the person is that you are playing against and how great their connection is.

I'd say Clone Wars acted most slowly and Crimson Skies was a bit laggy, but playable. I'm guessing my experience had to do with the fact that I just chose quick matches in both games and didn't look for connection speeds.

Isn't there a way to check your own connection speed in the xbox live menu somehow? I tried to follow the xbox.com website's method for this, but it didn't work for me. Maybe they changed the xbox live menu setup since their explanation was written. Ideas?
