I've been in contact with sources I will not name and the next live will scan the hdd for changes and suspend your account if it is not the orginal.  And yea that's all I know right there.

Looks like I'm gonna have to get a switch ready for my original drive for when Halo 2 comes out.

Suspend the account huh? So.. they want their users to fix their Xbox and get rid of files, and then they will be un-suspended? What do they base a unauthorized file as? Do they see PAL saves on a NTSC XBox as those kind of unauthorized files?
