if m$ really wanted to do some damage all they would have to do is update your dash and in doing so add a evoxdash.xbe along with your updated dash (which obviously evoxdash.xbe  doesn't work). since that file is not "supposed" to be there and since it is made with m$ code they can name the files any way they want. it would only merely make it a hassle but for those who know nothing about evox or any other dash for that matter would be stuck.

i read on xbox-scene that the xbox next might not hav a HDD!! that would really suck...might make ps3 look like a good idea...

even though with the new upgrade the files are being scanned i don't have nothing worry cause my hdd has only tv episode that i like and back up copies of games that i have bought.  I buy games that i like and  make a backup copy of it on my hdd.  I spend my money on games that are worthed like halo and ninja gaiden.
