Hdtv And Live For Chipped Pal Users

you can change to PAL and NTSC and you can then use LIVE there is no check for this if you switch video modes. you dont have to be affraid to get ban if you chip is off and the orginal Xbox .xbe files are not been moded I swich my Xbox all the time from NTSC to PAL and back ( mostly because I want watch video without a frame drop )
