I hit the mod chip on switch while, the xbox live dash 2.0 was on, it already loaded, and THEN... hit the switch, does it matter?

Yes, I would agree with the other poster that since MS checks for a modified BIOS, there was none and you will be fine.

It relates to loading a backup, turning modchip on, and then playing on Live. Since the modified BIOS was loaded, then you will be banned.
