My tsop is fried , so I'm going to use permanently a modchip. (xecuter 2 lite)

First 512k of modchip is flashed with 4034 retail M$  and other half  with xecuter 4977...
Does anybody know if booting with retail bios from the modchip could result in getting banned from Live?

As of now, as long as it's a stock bios, with a locked hard drive, you'll be fine, doesn't matter if it's on a tsop or a chip...
