I downloaded it and so far so good but my only question is where is the auto login setting at. I've look in the account managment and account settings and it is not there. Any help would be apprecitaed.

it isnt in the live! settings. look in the standard xbox settings, there is an auto-login option there. took me a minute to find it the first time myself

i did the update yesterday morning and xbox live is still working okay for me =) got an x2.2 pro

Ok I got the LIVE2.0 update looks nice.

#1 disable you chip !
#2 get the update.
#3 go to settings and disable auto conecting on start up! or ... you know

the new menu is like it have been told so many times inside Live. Mean you have to select on the xboxdash first LIVE to get on the new screen. but when you have auto conection then you get it after you start you box.

I updated to the New Dash

As a Precaution I assigned an IP address to my XBOX and have all ports to that IP address closed through my router. I did some testing to make sure.

So in order to play I:

TUrn Off Modchip
connect the RJ45 cable to XBOX
Enable XBOX IP To Access Network

When I am done playing I close the Ports to the XBOX IP. I played last night with the Chip off. I should be alright unless there is a new Detection system.
