I was actually banned for having a colored nickname a week ago... that was incredibly lame to be honest.

I don't see why I would be banned... compared to say, Piracy. To clarify, what Piracy has done is awesome, but I'm sure more people will send bad feedback to Piracy than me. The intelligence of some Live users is appalling.

I've currently *done something* to get the effects I want. Now I just have to wait for my sister to stop playing so I can test it out.

The makers of this port did such a half-assed job.

colored nicknames being banned is gay.  doing the gravity shit and getting banned isn't gay.  piracy voer time will be banned i am sure.

they may have done a half-assed job, but it's still my favorite game right now.

It's my current favorite as well... I've played well over 200+ hours of it.

I don't want to ruin anyone's game, just breathe new life into it. If you don't want to play with different gravity and speed, don't join my server.

Well I dont think they give bad feedback because they think you are cheating or anything, but in my past experience I just got people jealous of me, because they want it, and they want to know how to do it. When I dont tell them, they throw a hissy fit which equals bad feedback for me (which is why i dont really use them anymore)

I wouldnt mind telling someone how to do it, but I can considering how many people asked me on a regular basis.

I wonder if a server can actually hold more than 16 people with this hack. I think Piracy mentioned that you can't but I'm not sure.

Also, yesterday whenever I tried to join a match that Piracy was in my Xbox would lock up without fail.

Piracy also mentioned on the Xbox forums that he created a username with so many colors that when he was killed (or vise versa) the other persons game would freeze up. Interesting, but IMO doing that is nothing but malicious and will get you banned.

What I don't get is why Piracy thinks this is a huge secret. He's already mentioned how to do it; now all someone has to do is look up the key bindings for the PC version and look in one of the savegame directories. Whoooo, big fucking deal. It's no wonder more than four people have caught onto it.

Damn, I've encountered a major problem. I thought I was mister smarty pants, hacking the game files, but any file you choose will end up causing an error.

The profile with the hacked game save, for example "Hacked" will appear like this: *Hacked* and when you try to load it it will say "Unable to load Profile"... damn maybe the designers of this game were smarter than I think.

I'm not sure how Piracy has found a way to get around this...

even if you modify one byte, for example changing "1" to "~" you will get the error. Changing it back to one returns it to normal.
