If you change a setting on the unbanned EEPROM, Live will recognize the EEPROM. Your best bet is to follow my above suggestion.

Use the same EEPROM on both Xboxes, but don't have both Xboxes on at the same time.

hey man thanks for the tut everythign worked fine!! xbox live is awsome an hope i dont lose it again...but atleast if i do ill know where to turn!
