Well, I dont know if you guys saw, but last night, they sent us LIVE users another "message" that you have to check in the dashboard. It basically said that they updated the terms of use policy for LIVE, and that the updated version can be viewed in the dashboard. Well....

I went and checked what was new, and in low and behold they added some stuff about "illegal modifications". They might just be trying to spook us out, but I would highly reccomed all of you guys read it.

FYI, the TOS has always had info in there about accessing Live with modified hardware.

well, a bunch of people had said it was new, so i thought i would just pass it along. I thought that was one of the things they updated, but i guess all they updated was the code of conduct.

Yeah strangely enough I was reading the terms of use or whatever on the official website hours before they apparently updated it on Xbox Live, and I didn't see anything new, especially not anything about modded Xboxes.
